Findable Agents ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AI visibility analysis service at findableagents.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Name: Your full name, used to identify your professional profile and run AI visibility checks.
- Website URL: Your agent or brokerage website, used to run the technical audit and identify platform profiles.
- City / market: Your service area, used to run city-specific AI queries and benchmark your visibility.
- Email address: Collected at checkout, used to deliver your report and send service communications.
- Platform profile URLs: Optional URLs for Zillow, Realtor.com, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, RankMyAgent, and similar platforms, provided to improve the accuracy of your audit.
Information collected automatically
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers — only a Stripe customer/session reference.
- Usage data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. Used for security, performance, and debugging. Not linked to personal profiles.
- Cookies: We use minimal session-essential cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party data used in your audit
To generate your AI Visibility Audit, we query publicly available AI systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and publicly accessible web sources using your name and city. The responses from these systems are based on publicly available information — we do not provide these AI systems with your email address or payment information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run your free AI visibility snapshot and paid AI Visibility Audit
- To deliver your report by email and maintain a shareable report link for 30 days
- To send transactional emails related to your order (confirmation, report delivery)
- To send occasional product updates or educational content — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To improve our service through aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following service providers solely to operate the service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.
- Supabase — database storage for orders, audits, and report links. Data stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
- Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions.
- Resend — transactional email delivery (report links, order confirmations).
- OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), Perplexity — queried with your public name and city to generate AI visibility analysis. Queries use publicly available professional identity information only.
Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices. We select providers that maintain reasonable security standards.
4. Data Retention
- Report links are valid for 30 days from the date of generation.
- Stored report PDFs are deleted from report storage after 60 days.
- Order and audit records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Free snapshot data is stored temporarily for service delivery and analytics, then purged.
- Email records are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information (subject to our legal retention obligations)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a portable format

6. Canadian Privacy Law (PIPEDA)
Findable Agents operates under Canadian privacy law. We collect personal information only for the purposes described in this policy, with your knowledge and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

7. US Residents
If you are a resident of California or another US state with applicable privacy laws, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and use of reputable third-party infrastructure providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active users by email. Your continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
