Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Findable Agents ("we", "us", "our") and the services available at findableagents.ai. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

Findable Agents provides AI visibility analysis for real estate professionals. The service includes:

• A free AI Visibility Snapshot that analyzes publicly available information about your professional profile
• A paid AI Visibility Audit that queries ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity directly, provides a detailed multi-source analysis, benchmark comparison, and 30-day action plan
• Optional monthly re-audit subscriptions to track visibility changes over time

The service is intended for licensed real estate professionals operating in North America. Reports analyze publicly available information and AI system responses. The service does not modify your listings, platform profiles, or website on your behalf.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the service, completing a purchase, or submitting information through the site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent
• The information you provide (name, website, city) relates to your legitimate professional identity
• You will use the service only for lawful purposes

3. Payments and Refunds

One-time reports

Payment for AI Visibility Audit reports is processed at checkout via Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Payment is charged immediately upon checkout.

Subscriptions

Monthly re-audit subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of the service (AI queries are run immediately upon purchase), we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. If your report was not delivered due to a technical error on our side, contact us within 7 days at support@findableagents.ai and we will re-generate or refund your report at our discretion.

Promotional pricing

Promotional prices are available for a limited number of purchases and may be withdrawn at any time. Promotional prices apply to the individual purchase only and do not guarantee future pricing.

4. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI system responses (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) reflect a snapshot in time and may vary between sessions, queries, and over time as AI systems update their knowledge bases
• Findable Agents does not have any official relationship with, affiliation with, or special access to OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, or any AI provider
• The analysis is based on publicly available information and observational benchmark methodology — it is not an official assessment by any AI provider
• Following the action plan in your report does not guarantee any specific change in AI visibility, lead generation, or business performance
• Visibility improvements, when they occur, typically take 60–90 days to register as AI systems re-index public sources
• Benchmark comparisons are based on observed patterns and do not constitute competitive rankings or endorsements

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the service, including your real name, website, and city
• Use the service only to analyze your own professional profile, not to investigate competitors or third parties without their consent
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service in ways not permitted by these Terms
• Not use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulations, including real estate advertising standards
• Not misrepresent our analysis as an official assessment from any AI provider or regulatory body

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, analysis methodology, and visual design of the Findable Agents service is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our service content without written permission.

Your report is licensed to you for personal professional use. You may share your report with your team, web company, or business advisors. You may not resell reports or represent them as your own analysis.

AI response excerpts included in your report are attributed to their source AI systems and are reproduced for informational analysis purposes under fair use principles.

7. Report Delivery and Availability

• Reports are delivered by email within 3–10 minutes of purchase in normal conditions
• Report links are valid for 30 days from the date of generation
• Stored report PDFs are deleted after 60 days
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the web report viewer — download the PDF and save it on your computer for your records
• If a report is not delivered within 30 minutes, contact us at support@findableagents.ai

8. Third-Party Services

The service integrates with third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Perplexity). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Findable Agents and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, leads, business opportunities, or data
• Damages arising from your reliance on the accuracy or completeness of any AI system response or analysis in your report
• Any disruption to the service or unavailability of AI provider services used in generating your report

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI system responses will be accurate, complete, or current.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify users by email. Your continued use of the service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner harmful to others. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 4, 6, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination of these Terms.
